Andijan Tourist Attractions

Andijan is a city in the Uzbek part of Fergana Valley, in its south-east. This city has been known since early 7-8th centuries, being an important point on the ancient Silk Road leading from China to the west, Anatolia then to Europe. Andijan is known as the birthplace of the famous medeival ruler and conqueror, Zaheriddin Bobur, who founded the Great Mughal Empire in northern India.
