Please, complete the form and follow further instructions:Aba Sayyoh Tour will process the visa support within 7 working days and deliver to the Client a 5 digit reference number and date, based on which the Client may visit the Uzbek Embassy and obtain the visa within one working day. FAQ: How to obtain a tourist visa for UzbekistanAnswer:
There are two options:
1. Get the visa in a country where Uzbek diplomatic mission is available (see List of Uzbek Embassies below). Usually, this should be a neighbouring country, or the country from where you would fly to Uzbekistan. This option is more expensive, and may not work if you don't have enough time between connection flights. 2. You can get the visa upon arrival in the Tashkent International Airport. For this, the visa support request should indicate that Visa Upon Arrival is needed. Answer: Visa support is a service provided to foreigners by an inviting local tourist company, like Aba Sayyoh. We submit an application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan and request to issue a visa for you. The application is usually processed within one week from submission date. The Ministry processes the application (usually during one week) and indicates a special Telex Number and Date on it (see example). These two things are required when the traveler comes to get the visa in an Uzbek Embassy, or arrives in the Tashkent Airport to obtain the visa upon arrival. Usually, we would send you a copy of this visa application form by email of fax. Answer: No, Uzbek legislation requires that you purchase additional travel services from the inviting company, such as hotel rooms, excursions, transport etc. Particular details on what additional services you need can be discussed through communication with us. See below why it is better to purchase hotel rooms and stay in the hotels when you travel in Uzbekistan (registration).
Answer: Every foreigner must be registered by the Ministry of Interior while in Uzbekistan. Official hotels have the right to do this registration for their guests. Also, the registration can be done in the Interior offices, if you are invited by an indivudual (a private invitation visa, not a tourist one). Please, remember, that you CANNOT get the private registration, if you have a tourist visa. When you leave Uzbekistan, the Immigration Office checks the registration for the entire period you have spent in the country. If you don't have it, you may be subject to a fine. It is, therefore, in your interest to obtain a proper hotel registration. Answer: In Aba Sayyoh agency the visa support is free-of-charge, if you book hotels for the entire period of your stay in Uzbekistan (see how hotels can be booked). The governmental visa fee, however, is collected at the Embassy or Tashkent Airport, when the visa is issued to you. Governmental fees are shown in the website of Uzbek MFA.
Please, note that if you buy a whole tour from our agency, your visa support cost is zero. Answer: The Aba Sayyoh agency offers two ways to pay for visa support: bank wire and credit card. Bank wire may involve additional cost related to bank transactions, these may vary from US$20 to US$40 depending on bank. Please, request an invoice from us to make the bank wire payment. The credit card option is easier and cheaper. In order to reduce your costs, we request you to pay upfront for the visa support of US$50 plus US$50 for one night in a local hotel. All other costs can be paid via bank transfer or using other options which can be discussed through communication with us.
Answer: Citizens of some countries can come to Uzbekistan without a visa. These include:
- Azerbaijan - Armenia - Belarus - Georgia - Kazakhstan - Kyrgyzstan - Moldova - Russia - Ukraine There is another group of countries, for which no visa support is needed, which means that their citizens can come directly to the Uzbek Embassy and request for a visa. These include: - Austria - Belgium - Germany - France - Italy - Japan - Latvia - Malaysia - Spain - Switzerland - United Kingdom - United States The Embassy may request to show your itinerary, flight tickets or other documents, as well as submit a completed visa application form. Please, note that the simplified regime is effected at the discretion of the Uzbek Government, and may be subject to change at any moment based on the current situation. We recommend to contact us, or the local Uzbek Embassy to check if you are eligible to such a procedure. More info about Uzbek visa can be found on the MFA page here: Consular Issues
